Due to this fact, in 2002, we started offering electronic manufacturing services.
In fact it is not only assembly, but it is whole logistic solution, allowing the Customer to focus on development of new products and sales. The customer can make business without warehouse of electronic components extension and without expanding of purchasing department.
Also investments in high-quality manufacturing equipment are not needed any more. Furthermore, in our model of cooperation You do not have to bother with any excessive quantities of components whatsoever.

How and where it start from:
Send us Your documentation (Gerber files, Bill of Materials, mounting drawing (optional), photo of mounted board. If there are any specific requirements please advise on any of them too, as weell as on expected volume of finished products
On the basis of the above data we will prepare a quotation with total cost and lead time.
The standard quality check is optical control. If You need additional tests, please indicate - we will quote them separately.

SMT - pick & place machine (down to 0402 size and 0,5mm pitch). 3000 components per hour

We have been offering our services to manufacturers of POS systems, GPS/GPRS systems, hygrometers,
high-end audio products, industrial sensors, building security systems and others.
We take care of all the components delivery, PCB delivery, and screen for soldering paste printing. Our assembly department makes mounting (SMT and THT). We guarantee full ESD protection for all components and boards.
Our target customers for these services are the ones who need 100-999 pieces of mounted boards per lot.
